You can request a refund within 30 days of purchasing Lyra Comment. You do not need to prove that the app is defective.
How to request a refund
Email help@lyracomment.com within 30 days of the purchase from the address used at checkout. Include enough order information for us to find the Lyra Comment transaction. Do not send a card number, license key, recovery token, or other secret.
What happens next
We will review the request, confirm the matching order, and submit an eligible refund through the payment provider. The provider controls when funds appear on your original payment method. Once refunded, your permission to use the refunded license ends. A refund does not delete or take ownership of your local files.
Disputes, fraud, and legal rights
We review duplicate requests, suspected fraud, chargebacks, and payment disputes individually. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, warranty, or other rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
